What is metal fabrication?

Metal fabrication (metal technology) is the general term for metal fabrication technology. Its meaning is that all technologies of processing metal materials into objects, parts, and components. Types of Metal Fabrication Processes:

                     3) Pressure Processing

                             Pressure processing is meaning that the production process of processing metal materials into desired raw materials, blanks, or parts with a certain shape, size, and mechanical properties by an external force.

                      4) Powder Metallurgy

                         a. Meaning

                             Powder metallurgy is one of the metal fabrication processes, which means a processing method in which alloy powder is mixed and then pressed into a mold, and then heated and sintered at high temperature.

       (2) Machining

              ① Meaning

                   Machining is a more precise machining method, which means that Use cutting tools such as cutters, abrasives or abrasives to cut off excess material layers on a blank or workpiece to obtain products that meet the specified geometry, size, and surface quality requirements.

       (3) Grinding

              ① Meaning

                   Grinding is a more precise machining method. It is a processing method that uses abrasives to remove excess materials on products to obtain products that meet the requirements.

       (4) Welding

              ① Meaning

                   Welding is a process for permanently joining metallic materials. The principle is: to increase the activity of metal atoms by means of heating or pressure to promote the metal atoms between the welds to diffuse and recombine so that the separated metal materials are connected.
