Our mold made with high-quality mold materials, which can significantly improve the service life. Casting refers to the processing method of melting solid metal into liquid state and pouring it into a specific shape mold to be solidified. We can provide castings with sand casting, precision casting, die casting, centrifugal casting etc. with weight range from 0.1kg to 10000kg. The materials include gray iron, ductile iron, cast steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, wear-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, etc. Chemical composition and mechanical properties meet the requirements of ASTM,BS EN,GB standards.

Forging

Forging

Forging is a processing method that uses forging machinery to exert pressure on metal to make it produce plastic deformation to obtain forgings with certain mechanical properties, certain shapes and sizes. We can provide all kinds of forgings including free forging, die forging, ring rolling, roll forging etc. with weight range of 0.1kg to 15000 kg. Carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, copper, titanium alloy, etc. Are available. Stamping

Stamping

Stamping is a method of forming workpieces (stamping parts) with required shape and size by applying external force to plates, strips, pipes and profiles by means of press machines and mould to make them plastically deformed or separated. We can provide parts with process of punching, bending, shearing, deep drawing, bulging, spinning, flanging, necking etc, with the weight ranging from 0.01kg to 100kg. Available materials includes carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, copper, etc. materials and mechanical properties meet the requirements of American ASME standards, British Standards BS EN and China national standards GB.

Welding

Welding

There are many welding methods, but mainly divided into three categories: fusion welding, pressure welding and brazing.

Fusion welding is the main method : to heat the workpiece interface to a molten state during the welding process. During fusion welding, the heat source heats and melts the interface of the two workpieces to be welded to form a molten pool. After cooling, a continuous weld is formed to connect the two workpieces into one.

Machining

CNC machining refers to the processing carried out with CNC machines and tools. Since the processing of CNC machining is controlled by computer after the program is written, CNC machining has the advantages of stable quality, high accuracy, processing complexity and high efficiency. We have CNC horizontal lathes, CNC vertical lathes, vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers, wire cutting, gear hobbing machine, grinding machines and other processing equipment, which can meet the processing requirements of various castings, forgings, profiles, etc. The maximum external dimension can be processed is less than 5 meters, and the dimensional accuracy is guaranteed to be ± 0.01 mm.

Surface treatment is a process method of artificially forming a surface layer on the surface of the base material with different mechanical, physical and chemical properties from the base material. The purpose of surface treatment is to meet the requirements of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, decoration or other special functions of the product.
