2PC Stainless Steel Threaded Ball Valve

2-pc stainless steel threaded ball valve is composed of two parts, sealing effect is better than 1 pc ball valve, ball diameter is same as pipe ,it is easier to remove from the pipeline relative with 1 pc ball valve.The Max pressure of 2-pc threaded ball valve is 1000 WOG.

The feature of 2-pc stainless steel threaded ball valve:

 1. Opening and closing without friction. This function completely solves the problem that the traditional valve affects the seal because of the friction between the sealing surfaces.

 2. Mounted structure. The 2-pc stainless steel threaded ball valve installed on the pipeline ,can be checked and repaired directly on line, which can effectively reduce the stop of the device and reduce the cost.

 3 Single seat design. Eliminated the safety problem when the medium in valves has an abnormal pressure rise.

4.Low torque design. Special designed stem, 2-pc stainless steel threaded ball valve can be easily opened and closed only with a small handle.

5. Wedge seal structure. The mechanical force is provided by the stem, which presses the wedge onto the seat to realize the sealing purpose, so that the sealing performance of the 2-pc stainless steel threaded ball valve is not affected by the change of the pipeline pressure, and the sealing performance is guaranteed reliably under various working conditions.

6.Self-cleaning structure of the sealing surface. As the sphere tilts away from the seat, the fluid in the pipeline passes 360° evenly along the spherical sealing surface, which not only eliminates the local scour of the seat by the high speed fluid, but also washed away the accumulation on the sealing surface to achieve the purpose of self-cleaning.
